I believe that examination result is now release to all university students..

Satisfied with it?

Some students pass and some with flying colors..
And there will be a failure too..

To those who pass, congratulation to you all and on the other hands, the failure is not the end of the world.

Dear friends, to pass in academically at all is not good also. We must remember, campus life is the moments to us to gain as many experience as we can. There are students who pass with many experience and some pass with nothing. It seems like the car with no accessories (but it still can use anyway,haha). Try some sports or leadership. Try to avoid 3C ( class, cafeteria and college ) which those who life in campus just from college to classes then eat at cafeteria and then college once again. This stage circles all the time and as consequences, those who practice it will gain nothing just an academic intelligent only.

So, to make us more marketable, try that. I believe that the employer outside there is searching for the fresh graduate whom 'not only can read but also fix'. We can change. We can even change the world like what Obama did. Bear it in mind. :)

RICH DAD AND POOR DAD

Assalamualaikum to all readers..

As i write this blog, i would like to share to all of you about the book that i read just now...

'RICH DAD and POOR DAD'

It is the greatest book that I've read in this year which wrote by Robert Kiyosaki.

This book is mainly regarding to financial handling and the way to change the thought of the people about being rich, and how to be rich.

After get rid with this book, i found that I'm agreed with what the author had wrote and totally change my way of thinking. Here i would like to share to you guys just a little bit about this book..the rest i suggest you all guys to purchase and read it by yourself..

First of all, have you ever think to become a rich person in future?? I guess the answer given will be totally 'yes' or 'of course'!! In my opinion, there are two types of characteristic if we are talking about the future esteem in regarding to how many will they earn, first, the 'so-so' income and totally a rich income!

Actually, the poor income is included in above characteristic but i totally rejected it because who ever think to be a poor person??

Let me define what i meant with so-so income. In my opinion, majority of the people had thought to be grouped in this characteristic. Youngster nowadays prefer to have so-so income in future because their mentality had said so. We can clearly see this symptom in their marks, for instance. Students prefer to put themselves in safe mark rather than to get excel. This is because they do not have to work hard to work for it. In Malay, 'asal cukup makan.' As the time goes by and as they entered the employment world, they will faced the same thing also which they salary or income will become so-so too. The reason for saying that is, their mentality which they bear in their brain had set so. To play safe in getting marks will cause their grade to be so-so and they'll get the so-so job with so-so salary. Is the so-so salary can affort the wife and childrens? Maybe yes. But to get the wants beyond the needs will become the major problem. Do you agree??

Secondly, what i meant about the rich income is the income which can ensure us to expense in wants without any limitation. To be in this stage, the so-so mentality must be totally out of our mind. It can be started while we are studying in either school or higher education institution. To get rich is getting something which beyond our needs. If talking about marks, it is true that the needs is to get pass in all subject. The pass ticket the students to enter the next level witout any complication. Here i would like to emphasis, to be rich, we must not thinking this way anymore!! As i mentioned, to get rich is to have something beyond the needs and in this cases, we must able to get higher mark than we need(average score) to pass. In other words, the mentality to pass in flying colors in every single exam will ensure such mentality to be continuesly followed in future especially to earn the salary which beyond what our actual needs.

Morale = My dear friends, let we try to get beyond expectation especially in getting
marks. Put our efforts a little bit higher and insyaAllah in future,
we will get job which is beyond our expectation too with unexpected
income!! However it is, we must remember that the objective to us to
study is not to get good marks and good job in future at all, but to gain
knowledge!

Regarding to this book, the determinant of our mentality to get rich is from our family itself. Majority of my friends including my siblings and myself were tought to school to get good marks and lastly get good job or in an advice word, 'you go to school to get good marks and get a good job in future.'.Without we realise, this way of teaching will create the mentality to study and get good marks in examination only. After that, we will totally forget about what we have learn in classes. As a result, we will not able to exercise what we had learned during schooling.This kind of mentality will encourage and give us path to become an employee of an employer which earn so-so income. Got it? To be an employee, how to become rich???

On the other hands, there are parents who teach their sons with saying, 'you go to school to get knowledge on how to buy or open your own corporation in future.' This is actually the best way to advise the children which can create the mentality not to work for people but to serve the job for people which they directly paid and whom indirectly paid to him. In other word, what the author try to say is the way to get rich is only to get involve in becoming an employer and do some businesses rather than to be an employee. But, there are people who argued with my principle of thought. Some of them said, to get involve in business and becoming rich would be the reason for them not to get education. It is totally different with mine!! Its true that many rich and famous person which live to spend their unlimited money not come from the strong education background, for instance, Bill Gates which droped from his grade while in Hardvard. The last era is not the same from this globalization era. Bill Gates can invented Microsoft or Computer software without any strong knowledge because by that time there were lack in everything if compared with nowadays which complete with everything. Thus, in order to invent something new, the new knowledge need to be gain to make sure the newly product can be produced.

As conclusion, in order to get rich we must bury the determination, spirit and mentality plus a little bit of extra effort to become an EMPLOYER. But then, to get rich in materialistic only is not good enough if we are poor in religious and politeness. So which way you want to be followed? To study with so-so effort and get so-so result or to get the result beyond the result that we need and get unexpected income?? To become employer or become employee??
The power is in your brain!!!!!!!

Ingat....dia Bapa Pembangunan Moden Malaysia
