FIRST CLASS MENTALITY

Do we realise that the first class mentality is also an important element to achieve develop country and well develop person??

Do we know what is first class mentality??

Let me share my knowledge on that.

First class mentality is;

1. The attitude that emphasis with the first class performance in what ever things that the
person do.

2. Try to get or maintain the quality in works or assignment or daily chores. Even a little job
is done in quality for example a quality cook out, quality wake up in the morning, quality
appearances, quality conversations, quality in managing time and many more.

How to sustain first class mentality?? The first class mentality can be only measured by our own first and then realized by the others. The ways that i suggest are;

1. Keep on saying, 'whatever i do, must be quality' .

2. Give full commitment in what ever we do. Say no to the things that we think 50- 50 to do.

3. Put more passion!!

4. Set out our own standard which is more that what we basically expected.

5. Think positive!!

6. Think that we can do it!!

7. Master some information that we get and DON'T ACCEPT ANY INFORMATION OR DATA
THAT WE UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND. IF SO, ASK FOR MORE.

8. Set ambition, mission and vision of our own living.

9. Set long term and short term goals.

10. Be punctual person

11. SMILE ALWAYS

12. ABLE TO THINK FORWARD IN WHATEVER ACTION

13. ABLE TO IDENTIFY THE CONSEQUENCES IN ANY ACTION

14. ABLE TO KEEP THE PERSONAL MATTERS AWAY FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN

15. ABLE TO CONTROL ANGRY AND BEING CONTROL BY EMOTION

16. USE BRAIN IN ANY ACTION

17. Implement only positive action which we feel worth for ourselves and other people.

Hopefully we can change slowly or if possible rapidly. We are the human resource in the develop Malaysia soon and we must remember, Malaysia cannot be developed until its society develop first..That's it for now.
